General Overview
Players draft Olympic athletes and countries (for team sports) from selected events. Every medal earned by your drafted selections contributes to your total score.
In addition to real Olympic competitions, bonus novelty categories are included to add fun and unpredictability.
The Draft
Date: February 6, 2026
Time: 8PM Eastern / 7PM Central
Format: Phone or Video Conference
- Draft order determined by independent third party
- Players may select from any category
- Once drafted, athletes/teams are removed from the pool (except Sven/Oumlat)
Draft Time Limit
Each player has 60 seconds per pick. Failure to select results in forfeiture of that draft slot.
Preparation is strongly recommended.
Pre-Draft Submission
Final Torch Bearer predictions must be submitted in the group chat or via email by:
Midnight ET • February 4, 2026
Bonus Categories
Final Torch Bearer
- Must name a specific individual
- Multiple winners allowed
- Worth 100 points if correct
- Possible no one wins
Overall Country Medal Count
1st = 100 pts
2nd = 75 pts
3rd = 50 pts
Sven / Oumlat Athlete
- First name "Sven" OR contains ö/ü/ä
- May overlap with another drafted athlete
- All medals count toward score
Medal Scoring
Gold = 100 pts
Silver = 75 pts
Bronze = 50 pts
Record Bonuses
Olympic Record = +15 pts
World Record = +25 pts
(Bonus awarded only if athlete medals.)
Official Rulings
All disputes or unforeseen issues will be resolved by the Commissioner. All rulings are final.
